Returns will not be accepted. Items will be double checked and erroneous or defective items will not be delivered. Exchange is possible in 14 days after delivery. No Claim or Dispute will be valid after 14 days of an item delivery.
Out of stock:
Some items may out of stock or there may be insufficient products to complete the order during the order processing stage. Our customer service staff will contact you and provide you with a status update.
- NO “REFUNDS & NO RETURNS”.
- If you change your mind, you can exchange your items within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have already been passed, we are not able to offer any exchange.
- Exchange is only possible when we will receive the package.
- Exchange products must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
- No exchanges are possible for customized products.
- Exchange products must have all the original tags and labels attached and be in their original and integral packaging.
- If your exchange do not comply with our Exchange Policy, it will not be possible to accept it and we will send the items back to you with no credit.
