Returns and Exchange available for 14 Days. 

Out of stock:

Some items may out of stock or there may be insufficient products to complete the order during the order processing stage. Our customer service staff will contact you and provide you with a status update.

  • Exchange is only possible when we will receive the package.  
  • Exchange products must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered. 
  • No exchanges are possible for customized products. 
  • Exchange products must have all the original tags and labels attached and be in their original and integral packaging.
  • If your exchange do not comply with our Exchange Policy, it will not be possible to accept it and we will send the items back to you with no credit.
  • Please note customer has to bear all custom & Shipping expenses.
  • Items are double checked before shipping and erroneous or defectives items are not delivered.
  • NO RETURNS & EXCHANGE ON MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS
  • Make sure to read our Terms & Conditions prior placing an order.

Cancelling an Order:

Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it as your order might have already been processed.

Return Policy:

We’ll gladly take any unsatisfied item back within 14 days of from the purchase date. Just be sure you have not worn or altered it. Attached tags and a copy of the receipt will be needed. Eligible returns will be credited to your original form of payment.

Step-by-step Return Instruction

Step 1 

Contact us with your Order Number and reason for the return. We will reply with the return instruction details by email.

 Step 2  

Ship the item back to us in its original, unused condition with its original tags attached within 14 days from the purchase date for a refund.

  • The original receipt or a copy inside the package is required.
  • Sardinelli Store is not responsible for any return(s) sent to any other address or item damaged or lost in the returns process.
  • If you accidentally send the wrong item to us for return, please contact us as soon as possible. 

Step 3

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. All refunds are sent directly back to the original source of payment.
  • We reserve the right to refund base on the return items condition. We will email your refund details. Shipping is a service and it is non-refundable. A restocking fee may be processed for packaging, handling, and any other cost during the restocking process.
  • Return shipping is NOT We don’t provide returns labels. 
  • FINAL SALE items CANNOT be accepted for return of credit or refund. 

* Returned to sender or refused packages will be processed as return. You will receive your refund minus the initial shipping charge after we receive package.
